PROBLEM STATEMENT
Due to my busy work schedule, my weekends are the only time I can watch movies. However, with the influx of
movie trailers on YouTube, it becomes challenging to keep track of what's currently in theaters, what's upcoming, and their respective genres.
OBJECTIVES & GOALS
- Allow for a place for all the movie trailers to be available and the ability to filter them by genre.
- When I have chosen a movie I want to watch, I want the ability to seamlessly purchase a ticket for that show.
PERSONAS
During my initial research, I discovered that various age groups have distinct needs. My goal was to design for a young, tech-savvy audience while ensuring that older individuals who are less familiar with technology were not excluded.
TASK FLOW
I designed a straightforward task flow to identify the various paths users might take and uncover any potential obstacles they could encounter.

CONCLUSION
In UX design, user personas and mastering Figma prototyping are invaluable. This case study highlights how personas guide our design decisions by reflecting real user needs. Figma’s prototyping streamlines this process, enabling rapid testing and iteration.
Combining user personas with Figma's capabilities elevates our designs, fostering a user-centered approach that meets evolving expectations and ensures lasting impact.
